Are all items in stock aka inventory?
Unless the item shows as pre-order or coming soon then all of the items are in stock.
Does your company warranty or offer refunds?
The manufacturer handles warranties. The Vibe Chic does not offer warranties, refunds, or returns due to the sensitive nature of our products. Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty issues.
How fast are items shipped?
Orders are shipped out the following business days unless it's a pre-ordered item or coming soon. Those items are shipped out once we receive them in the inventory.
What if I get a defective item.
Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate replacement item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued. Email us at dena@thevibechic.com.
How discrete is the shipping package?
All items are shipped without the company name and in a plain box or padded envelope. The magic is inside, when you open it.
How often are new items added to the website?
As we are building our inventory, new items will be added regularly.
